Welcome home

There is a specific part of the city where things slow down just enough. This space sits right in that sweet spot. It feels like a private escape from the downtown rush, yet you are never more than a short walk from a world-class meal, a great coffee, or an easy commute.

The House

Bright, open, and made for everyday family life.

Light pours through this home from morning to evening. The main floor flows from the kitchen to a generous dining-and-work table and out onto the deck, so cooking, dinners, homework, and slow Sunday mornings all share the same easy, connected space. Upstairs holds the bedrooms, and the finished basement adds a relaxed second living space with a pull-out bed, storage, laundry, and a three-piece bathroom. Fully furnished and genuinely lived-in, it is the kind of place you settle into with a single suitcase.

  • Fully furnished
  • High-speed internet
  • Printer
  • Main-floor work table

The Rooms

Designed for comfort,
top to bottom.

Kitchen

A bright, well-equipped kitchen that opens straight onto the large dining table, the natural spot for the whole household to gather.

Full appliances · Stocked down to the cutlery

The Primary Bedroom

Spacious and serene, with a king-size bed and a large closet built for two. Upstairs and quiet, it's the restful core of the home.

King bed · Large closet · Desk nook

The Second Bedroom

Cozy and fully set up with bunk beds. While it's an absolute dream for kids, it also functions as a perfect, low-maintenance guest room for visiting family or friends who want to experience the city.

Bunk beds · Kids & guests ready

The Main Washroom

The main washroom keeps the walk-in rain shower and the original clawfoot tub together in their own room. Right beside it, at the top of the stairs, a smaller water closet holds the toilet and a sink.

Walk-in shower · Clawfoot tub · Water closet

The Lower Level

The finished basement is a whole second living room: big couch, wall-mounted TV, and plenty of storage to keep your things and the kids' toys tucked out of sight. The couch folds out to a king, with a memory foam topper that makes it a bed you'd actually choose, not a guest-bed afterthought. Washer and dryer are down here too, along with a three-piece bathroom, so it all stays neatly out of the way. Great for guests, and easy on everyone else.

Outside the back door

Step out back,
and the city falls away.

03

The Outdoors

A private backyard, plus rare covered parking.

The back deck is made for long summer evenings out the back door, with room to dine, grill, and unwind. Just beyond it sits something Toronto almost never offers: your own covered, skylit carport, so the car stays out of the snow and sun year-round.
